-----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------
Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Mike: Would like to review Bob's presentation regarding IBISCHK funding.

Review of previous meeting minutes:

- Lance Wang moved to approve the Jan 02 minutes.
Bob Ross seconded the motion. Without objection minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to put some checks into tables in parser development document.
  - Done

New IBISCHK bugs:
- None to discuss today.

IBISCHK7 parser development:
- Mike showed
- Mike: Can we require BCI_Protocol values to not be empty?
- Bob: We might have a rule that all String values are not empty.
- Mike: Model_Specific values might legitimately be empty.
  - We can regulate Reserved_Parameters.
- Bob: We must not have a check that is not in the spec, except for warnings.
  - The existence requirements do not key off BCI_Protocol.
  - If any one exists all must exist.
We need to be sure about the numeric checks too.
- Mike: The check against Ignore_Bits could be dropped.

AR: Mike LaBonte to check for empty String value requirements.

- Bob Ross showed IBISCHK Parser Income and Funding Update.
- Slide 3:
  - Bob: Carrying over the prior parser income is important.
- Slide 4:
  - Mike: Maybe IBISCHK6 should be here too.
    - What are the Cost per License numbers?
  - Bob: The price charged for the parser, originally $500.
    - In some iterations we changed prices.
- Slide 7:
  - Bob: The IBISCHK6 line here could be moved to slide 4.
    - The TSCHK2 developer was paid with only a free license.
  - Mike: That slide mixes three different topics

- Bob Ross showed the IBIS financial ledger spreadsheet.
- Bob: The parser column G shows the full SAE history.
  - This shows that parser income and expenses span years.
  - We can't count on getting more than 10 purchases.
- Mike: It would be good if some additional feature could sell more licenses.

- Bob: If the cost for IBISCHK7 is too high, what do we cut out?
- Mike: We might need to survey parser purchasers on that.
- Bob: We might press other companies to purchase.

- Bob: I might change the chronology of the presentation.

- Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Lance Wang seconded. The meeting ended without objection.

Meeting ended: 12:04 ET
